We were looking for an efficient, clean room close to everything. The place checked all boxes. The host was very friendly, accommodating and provided us with great tips. We had a wonderful time.

Nice room with private bathroom, comfortable bed, in a great north Boulder location. It was the perfect location for attending Rockyfest for three days. Dining and groceries are nearby

Positive: It was a nice quiet location with an own entrance and personal space.
Negative: I did not really feel welcome in the beginning and the start was a little bumpy as I did not get the info email in time and was lost in space after a very long drive.
