Very comfortable and cozy.
Positive: It was very clean and quiet. It was close enough to the CU campus but away from the fray! There was plenty of parking, it was easy to find and the room and en-suite bathroom were perfect for one person.
Negative: The ceiling was noisy, but they are in the process of repairing it.
