Good location, spacious house. The house has landlord specials repairs all over- one of the kitchen lights is taped up, as is one of the vent covers,lightswitch covers are cracked, carpet starting to fray, baseboards sloppily screwed in and painted over. etc. The TV and internet were spotty. Great for location and space, but do not expect a pristine rental as the description suggests.

Negative: casa da rimodernare in bagni sono vecchi, le stanze da letto anche andrebbero migliorate sopratutto nei letti e nei cuscini.

Dejligt lille hus Positive: Det lå meget centralt for hvad vi skulle lave og se Dejlige og komfortabel senge. Vigtigt for os var at det var rent og pænt. God vært med nem dialog Negative: Det var et ældre hus, der godt kunne trænge til en kærlig hånd. Haven så lidt tilgroet ud, så blev ikke brugt.

We had a great time in Santa Monica and would recommend this property. The parking on site was a huge plus. The hosts are responsive to your needs. Overall very pleasant stay.
